Graham-Boyle-Troxell syndrome, also known as cystic hamartoma of lung and kidney, is a very rare developmental malformation. It was reported in only three patients and is characterized by the formation of benign cysts in both the lung and kidney. The condition has been described as presenting clinically with an abdominal mass, and in some cases, additional kidney features such as enlargement (hyperplastic nephromegaly), medullary dysplasia, and a type of kidney tumor called mesoblastic nephroma. Because the original report dates back to 1987 and no further descriptions have been published, the medical understanding of this condition remains limited. The rarity of the syndrome means that detailed information about its full range of effects on the body is not well established in the medical literature.

The main symptom noted in reported cases is an abdominal mass. Additional findings in the kidney, such as enlargement and changes in the structure of the kidney tissue, have also been observed. Since only a few cases have been described, information on other symptoms or a consistent symptom pattern is limited.
