PSP-progressive non fluent aphasia (PSP-PNFA) is an atypical variant of progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), a rare late-onset neurodegenerative disease. Unlike classic PSP (Richardson syndrome) patients present with an isolated speech production problem years before developing other motor features of PSP.
