Is it really free?
Yes. All PAG features — widgets, branding, analytics, team management, API access — are free with no time limit and no credit card required.
What's the catch?
Embedded widgets include a small 'Powered by Kisho' attribution that links back to the disease page on our site. This helps other organizations discover the platform. That's it.
Can I remove the Kisho branding?
Enterprise customers can white-label content. For free PAG accounts, the 'Powered by Kisho' attribution is part of the value exchange — it's how the network grows.
What if my disease isn't covered?
Kisho covers 10,888 rare diseases from the MONDO Disease Ontology. If your condition isn't in our database, contact us — we may be able to add it.
How long does verification take?
Most PAGs are verified within 1-2 business days. You can use email verification, website verification, or document upload (501c3, incorporation docs).
Can multiple people manage our PAG profile?
