Anonychia-microcephaly syndrome is a multiple congenital anomaly disorder characterized by anonychia congenita totalis and microcephaly, and normal intelligence along with some minor anomalies including single transverse palmar creases, fifth-finger clinodactyly and widely-spaced teeth.
