Hereditary cancer predisposition due to variation(s) in the PALB2 gene. Pathogenic germline variation in PALB2 confers an autosomal dominant predisposition to tumor formation at multiple primary sites, including breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and pancreatic cancer.
