Inhalational botulism is a man-made form of botulism, a rare acquired neuromuscular junction disease with descending flaccid paralysis caused by botulinum neurotoxins (BoNTs).
Features include very common findings: Urinary retention, Xerostomia, Ptosis, and Diplopia and others; and common findings: Diarrhea, Nausea and vomiting, and Dyspnea.
